This form is for those who have already submitted a Calendar Request and need AVL (sound, video, or lighting) support for their event. If you have not submitted a Calendar Request, you can call the church office 770-943-9333 or submit a form here - https://fbcps.churchcenter.com/calendar/forms/5425 Your AVL request will not move forward until your event has been approved by the church staff.
