Flourish – Women’s Conference 2026

March 7, 2026 | ⏰ 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
First Baptist Church Powder Springs

Ladies, you’re invited to Flourish — a one-day women’s conference designed to help you grow deep roots in Christ and thrive in every season of life.

This meaningful day will be filled with powerful worship, biblical teaching, honest conversations, and intentional connection, all created to encourage your faith and strengthen your walk with the Lord.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to be planted deeply in God’s Word, to be nourished by His presence, and to live a life that bears fruit in every season. Through powerful teaching, heartfelt worship, and intentional community, you’ll be encouraged to grow strong, steady, and flourishing in Christ.

2026 Theme Verse – Psalm 1:1–3

“Blessed is the one… whose delight is in the law of the Lord…That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers."

Flourish is a space for women of all ages and stages to gather, be refreshed, and be reminded that God desires not just for us to grow — but to flourish in Him.

Invite a friend and plan to join us for a day of worship, encouragement, and renewal.

From Duty to Delight: Finding Joy in God's Word

Flourishing Beside the Still Waters (Psalm 23)
By Karen Darnell
Are your life circumstances overwhelming you? Do you long for relief from chaos? Come along as the Lord draws you to lay and rest quietly in His arms. Only then, can He restore your soul with His mercy and grace, and teach you how to flourish joyfully with Him as your Shepherd.

Fruitful in Every Season
By Paulette Slate
Regardless of your age or stage of life, you’re in a season unique to you. There were idyllic times of chasing lightning bugs on a hot summer night or catching tadpoles in the cool of a creek—those glory times when all cylinders seemed to be clicking. You may have encountered big and small detours, bumps in the road, or loss marked by weeping and mourning. But one thing was and is constant…God. His Word and His presence are always there to help us navigate the seasons and thrive, prosper, bear fruit…to FLOURISH!

Flourishing Friendships through the Years
By Sherri Southerland, Tracy Washington, Laura Martin
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up."

Withering or Flourishing
By Vicki Hogue & Kimberly Arrowood
How do we identify what keeps us from flourishing and being blown away by the wind? Is it busyness, fear, unforgiveness, pride, or do we focus on what we do not have compared to others? Discover and discuss practical tools to prevent withering and moving to flourishing.

Flourishing in your Purpose and Calling
By Amber Robinson
No matter your season, role, or circumstance, you can be confident God created you with intention and purpose. This breakout will encourage you to flourish by both learning to embrace who He made you to be and discovering your gifts so that you may faithfully steward all He has entrusted to you.

The Blessed Life
By Karen Davis
Reexamine your life and rethink how you define blessing. Learn how you can flourish in life while experiencing gratitude and joy regardless of the circumstances that you may be in the midst of.

Healthy Habits for a Flourishing Life

By Laura Mendenall

Flourishing in the Community
By Elaine Puckett
In this breakout, you’ll hear how the Lord has led me to flourish through serving my community out of the overflow of His goodness and kindness in my life. Together, we’ll explore how God can use each of us to serve faithfully and joyfully—right where we are, in whatever season and community He has placed us.

Flourishing in Motherhood
By Reiko Sears
Motherhood is holy ground: challenging, sacred, and beautifully messy. Walk with other mamas on this journey—learning how to lead with love, when to “let them,” and remembering we were never meant to do it alone.

Flourishing through Prayer
By Michelle Holt
Prayer is our lifeline to our Sovereign God. Why does my prayer life sometimes feel so lifeless, powerless, or even non-existent? David was a man who sought God’s heart. In the book of Psalms, we read how David poured out his heart to God in prayer. Let’s refresh our prayer lives by learning from a few of David’s prayers in Psalms.

Flourishing in the Home
By Amanda Thomas
This breakout is for women who are desiring more in their home - more of the Lord’s power and presence, more of seeking direction and purpose for your family. We will dive into how we can create a nurturing environment in our homes in which we can implement a routine of discipleship with our children, how to be prayer warriors for them, and how we can have an eternal perspective that guides how we lead and make decisions for our families. We will also discuss how we can let go of perfectionism and allow the Lord to meet us in the middle of the chaos of life and experience his peace that fills our hearts and gives us the strength to keep going, to be all that He has created us to be.
